Kingpin now only tries to escape when he's in an alerted state.

Hooked up a very simple AI turn and made the necessary UI changes.
Reworked the fog of war into a postprocessing effect.
Fun stuff: when an enemy exits your field of view, I now show a lingering reflection.
I added basic stealth and detection concepts today.
